liz came today for my piano lesson, and she saw biscotti today!! and she was for some reason very plump and her tummy sticking out today, even though i haven't fed her yet...and i felt so happy when liz said that biscotti was "gorgeous!!" etc etc awww i'm a proud mummy : )
proof of how cute she is hehehe wat de.
btw, this is what i mean when she's sitting with her legs "tucked in" like a pigeon or a rabbit sitting.
i won't post garfield comics today so you can focus on the cuteness of cotti :D

last night the electricity went so weird!!! got home from first day back at school, and was ready to watch my series on the net - got food/orange juice ready - and 3 minutes into the episode, the computer restarted by itself!! turned out the other comp shut down as well, so i turned it back on, and the same thing happened another 3 times!! it was a bit freaky though, cos on the way between the two rooms, the light in the corridor was blinking, and den suddenly everything switched off - all the lights - and since it was already dark outside at 6pm, it was really scary!! and wen the light turned back on, the answering machine voice spoke, so got a heart shock.
anyways, the light, tv, appliances, phone, kept on turning on and off for another 30/40 min, but when tnt linda and steffi came, it decided to fix itself, so i couldn't show them anything...
it was really scary!! home alone.... no torch...couldn't go anywhere when the house went pitch black cos there's not street lights on my street...
and whenever a plane flew over the house, it'll go off again, and one time, it shut off at the same time i heard a car alarm in the street (so got to do with something in the air i suppose?)
so bored without tv, comp, and limited amount of light...
same thing happened this morning once more, and the washing machine suddenly stopped! but turned back on again... and wen i came home from school, happened again at the same time as yesterday.. around 5-6 pm.
so annoying! cos i was cleaning the gp - felt sorry for them, cos i was too lazy to feed them yesterday, and their bowls were empty - but since they were in the garage...and it was already sunset, the light went off and on repeatedly!! so few minutes i'm cleaning their cage normally, next minute i can't see anything so forced to stand stupidly doing nothing holding a bunch of newspaper. and was so shocked when i went to get some newspaper when suddenly this white stuff appeared from the shelf in the garage, but it turned out to be biscotti who has decided that she likes to sleep in the top shelf where i've never seen her before... gila kaget man...
thank god for thomas edison! there's not much that u can do without electricity i just realised, and it was weird showering, when you know you might suddenly be in darkness (but thank god it didn't while i was in the shower) but just in case, i brought my keys, phone, wallet, candles and matches to the bathroom hahaha yes...
i called the energy australia number, and got this girl who was soooo rude!! i explained to her how the power kept on switching on and off by itself, and she kept on cutting me off, saying how "yes, there were power failures last night" and i said, but no other houses in the street got affected, and she asked "do you know everyone in your neighbourhood??" well duh, no, but i know my neighbours!!!! smartass hope you get fired and she kept on wanting to end the convo, as if i was making up my scenario, yes, because my favourite past-time is to call electricity people and ramble on to a complete stranger on the phone. and she even got the nerve to tell me to call again when the electricity problems actually happen (um, if it happened already wouldn't it be too late!!!?!?!?!) haiyah turned into a complaint post again..
but called a second time and luckily a nicer guy picked up, and actually put an effort to help me! so they're going to come 4-8pm tomorrow, and we don't have to pay if it's the company's fault.
ok. should be doing french hw now, a bien tot!
thought that today was the rubbish day, so spent last night thinking of what to do cos don't want to go out in pitch black to take the bins out, and decided to set the alarm at 6 so that i'll be able to do it in the morning..
so the alarm went at 6, then my phone alarm went 15 minutes after that, so i had to get up. got the rubbish bag, put it into the bin, then about to open the side gate, and noticed that there aren't any bins infront of the neighbours' houses! then realised that today is monday, not tuesday - the actual rubbish pick up day!!
(tomorrow is school!! :"( haven't done any of my homework!!)
there's gonna be a nodame drama special in january 2008!! apparently they're going to have two consecutive episodes showing the paris arc of the story!! *waaaaaaaaa so excited!!!* but in 2008 :"( can't wait that long!!
and nodame cantabile volume 17 is #1 on the bestselling comics of the first half of 2007!!
(haven't been blogging cos i watched yakitate on the laptop, and staring at it too close - was still in bed after just woken up - and after that my eyes felt weird, couldn't focus on far away things.... got paranoid and didn't play comp all of yesterday! but still managed to play my ds hahahaha)
got scrabble today :D it was on sale in big w only $23.88! hoho!
and the john mayer piano book is on back order, but reserved already! can't wait!
