feel the tension come out of your forehead...(o_o)"

today, Mr H, aka the religion teacher that can't spell, did one of his 'relaxation/focusing' exercises again...
at the start of the class, he suddenly said, "close your books, you don't need anything yet", and i'm like.. o oh, not again!

the first time he did this with the class, me & ching was sitting at the front row! and we couldn't stop laughing.. omg, we had to like put our heads on the table, and my shoulders were like shaking from laughing hahahaah!


ok, let me give u an example of wat he says:
take deep breaths... in from your nose and out through your mouth...
feel the breaths going to the bottom of your abdomen...

if there are any thoughts that cross your mind, just let them pass...
concentrate on the sense of....touch,
if your legs are crossed, take note where they overlap...
now concentrate on the sense of...taste...(wat de)
on the sense of smell...
on the sense of hearing...
if any thoughts come back, just focus on one of your senses..
relax all the tensions in your body...

let your jaw slacken...
feel the tension coming out of your forehead...
out of your cheeks...

out of your eyes...
(and get this>) feel your eyeballs going soft...

ok, u get my point... it's so weird!! hahaha oh well


(today, we handed in our letters containing our 'dreams'.. we're supposed to send it to a fake address, and so if/when it returns, we can see that if a letter can 'take flight' "imagine what we can do") yes... we do a lot of philosophy/psychology/evaluating ...
