i've been looking at WWF adoptions and i've decided on orangutan. i googled and found that each year, 2000 die because of stupid indo gvt and illegal loggers, they take trees down even though they have the orangutans and their babies on them! so they fall along with the trees and die... omg and it even said that they're gonna be extinct by 2010!!
i wanted to adopt mountain gorillas (cos der's only 700 maximum left in the wild) but they didn't have it... - and it's not just because i finished reading gorillas in the mist - .
i emailed them asking about the gorillas.. so hopefully they'll reply soon.

everyone's out having yum cha at zilver!! the place with the nice big shumais : ( but dunno wat time they're gonna come back, so i didn't go.. as i have to study... hehe
yesterday i read newspaper and cut out stuff for nearly 2 hours!! so wen they came back from paddington i hvn't started anything

stress!! neverending thoughts....!

finally got the exams timetable, and i can officially start stressing, because my mind is still in holidays!!! i always think about studying, but i never do it!

anyways, i was looking stuff up in the dictionary, and i found weird words...:

school update

our toilets are finally opened... so i just had to go in.. and it's all WHITE! the tiles are new, the toilets are new, sinks are new (have those pushy taps that eventually turns off by itself), and we have MIRRORS! but the one in the middle, on top of the sinks, are TOO HIGH!!! the top of my head isn't even reflected on it! and when i lift my arm up, u can only see half of it, not even up to my elbow!! and for some reason, there's a mirror beside the hand-dryer and two body length ones on the 'entrance' and 'exit' walls.... hmmm

they choose to spend our money on the toilets ei... ok den no comment oh and it's all nice looking and everything, but wen u close the toilet door, there's graffitti... hmm.

today, finally we got our exams timetable!!! STRESSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! and on the LAST day, there are FOUR EXAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGGGGGGGGGG have to stay from 8:50 'til 3:10!!!!!!!!!!!!! not to mention that i hv to arrive earlier by 40minutes!!!! omg, hands are gonna be dead and the last exam is english!! which is two squashed into one, so basically 90minutes of writing nonstop!!! omg gonna dieeeeeeeeee

i hv to start my religion now... about 'moral issue' and i picked human cloning... supposed to hv the draft finished by today, but the stupid teacher was away, so i'm gonna do the 'draft' .... now..............

yep, back to school :"( and the school toilets is being fixed or something, and infront of the metal bar door, there's a paper saying how it's gonna be open for use on the first day back of school... but no!
and the toilet next to my roll class is closed too... so it's hard to find toilets..
the exams are next week, but most of the teachers hvn't told us what's gonna be on it! we havn't even got the exam timetables... and they keep on telling us that we get lots of time to prepare and study... even though... eg. in foodtech, we hv to study stuff from yr 9 too, but i look at the study guide, and some of the areas we hvn't even talked about! and since there was a bit missing from the study guide, she told us to look at the school website (cos the teacher dat was here on the last day didn't giv it to us).. and so i did... and it was missing in the online one too!!! omgggggg i'm stressing!!

i got the new lemony snicket book!! the last book in the series of unfornate events!! hehe i'll read it when i finish the dian fossey one, bought it yesterday with cc oni at borders, went until 10 at night o_O
anyhoo..i was reading this science mag that i got from the science excursion 2 months ago (yep i'm so bored... and i was cleaning out my cupboard) and i found weird stuff:
there's a 'statue' disease where a gene mutation changes muscle into bone.
an experiment done on sheep showed that they can select the correct foods to cure their ailments - after given a mild food, then given different foods, the next time they got ill, they knew which ones to eat.

saturday - 14/10/06

went to IKEA!!! in homebush.. it was so big! went in, and had breakfast first, we had the usual sausage/bacon etc stuff for only $2, it was good too! then went in, looked around, bla bla bla and got the tree branch thing to hold necklaces and stuff.. cc monic got a drawer and bookshelf doors..

after we finished, got the nice soft serve ice cream on a WAFFLE cone for 50c! it was yum... more milkier than maccas' one.

struggled to put the stuff into the car, and took ages!! so after we went in, realised that the seatbelts was stuck under the seat.. oh well.

den went to cc monic's and was soooooooo hot, so drove to the jap festival at tumbalong park!! hehe .
i thought this one was better than the one earlier this year.. there were food, performances, japan travel things, etc... so what we ate: okonomiyaki, shaved ice (i got calpis flavour), ate the fish stick thing (nice!), then watched the performances!: jap lion dance (it was like a square shaped material with people at the back and the lion head was at the bottom... hmm, den there was the jap ladies' fan dance, but there was actually a guy dancing too, the mc was like 'some had hairy legs' hahaha.. den.. the karate demo, was so cool, one jap guy broke a baseball bat by kicking it.. omg. and before we left, there was the jap guy that's usually singing at pitt street, and he sang with his guitar...

it's FRIDAY 13th!!!
anyways, today is also CC ONI'S BIRTHDAY!! happy birthday!!

woke up to her giggling, cos she opened a present that she got yesterday, and gave her the present from me :D
den, after she got to work... started food tech notes, then went to coogee beach! : )

met with juliet and fiona, who were lying on a bed sheet cos there was no big mat thing! then played with the waves :D... den izzy and her family came and played some more!

u kno how ur supposed to jump when the wave is coming to you, well, we were too scared to go deeper, so the waves would break when it came to us, so it hurts... (yea, just realised i came to the beach after saying that i wasn't 'beachy/nature' person yesterday) fiona fell the most lol

den went back up to mind the stuff, then back to the waves again... den again... den wen izzy's mum and little sis came, we all went to the waves! we started counting how many times fiona fell.. and it was... 7 times! (this was after she fell the first million times though) then, got hungry... got maccas! hvn't had them since ages.... and i had the soft serve cone... yum... and chicken nuggets.

when we played with the waves after we ate, it was waaay colder than before, but after a while our legs got numb so we couldn't feel anything, but the top was still cold! so wen the waves came we're like *aahrhhg*. and den as usual, there are creepy people on the beach, and this psycho/retarded looking guy just suddenly said 'i'll take it (the wave) for you' to me and juliet... and we're like 'right'.. so we moved away... den the person moves again to block the wave infront of us *wat...* so den we went away..

at 3 fiona had to go to apply for work experience and izzy's family had to go too, so just me and juliet and her lil bro. so talk talk talk until her lil bro wanted to go change, so we waited outside the changing room, and i started getting worried, cos all the stuff in the news about lil kids getting kidnapped/abused ... paranoia... but den he came out after ages... *phew*

got picked up by mum and tante linda (who was there cos mama don't know the way around randwick/eastern suburbs except maroubra) and we went round and round and round... for ages, until we found the way...
dropped juliet and justin at eastgardens and went home. den showered, and wen i took off my swimmers, there was soooo much sand!! omg, the whole shower was like covered! (hahah no lah..) gosh, so sleepy...

den played mario kart, cc oni went home, shower shower, den went out to cc monic's, so we can walk to darling harbour to meat wine & co.

after walking for ages, we arrived, ate nice steak :D and the knife to cut it was sooo big, the blade was as long (height-wise) as 1 & 1/2 eclipse mint tins!! after we finished eating, the ppl took ages to clean our tables/bill but there was something going on *gasp* hehe actually cc monic ordered dessert for cc oni with the birthday sparkles n stuff, so finally when it came, the waiter (plus two others) sang *happy birthday~...) haha and cc oni tried to blow out the sparkles... it tasted like the choco hoto pots..

walked back to cc monic's place, den had mama's indo cheese cake (with the grated cheese) and opened presents! so she opened... and found a laptop case! den started to smile smile, den the next one was heavy and cc monic said this was from all of us, so she opened VERY SLOWLY omg it took like literally 5 min.. den ppl started calling to say happy b'day... so she got even slower... den FINALLY open, and omg her smile was so big showing her teeth and yea..

so we played with the mac which had 'photobooth' where u can take pics of urself and it has effects where it like changes ur face by making it bulge, spinning it, reflecting it etc, haha we looked so weird...

den went home, at 12.30 and slept... sooo sleepy..

went to La Perouse to eat fish and chips today... but spent the first hour wondering where we're gonna sit, cos don't wanna sit on the grass, and all the tables are taken... so finally ate at like 1-2pm.. so hungry!!

den... sat on southern courier pages, until there was a free table, and tnt kathy ran and took it! so ended up sitting there... and had es campur... got bored... played with gameboys... went to the beach, but decided that we're not beachy/nature people, and the sand hurts! hahah wat de..

after, went to jen's house, den went home after.

btw, wen chinta was going out of the coles basket (that i carry her in) and into her house, her leg got caught! so she was 'winding' her back right leg (like she's cycling)... was worried, but den wen i showed mama, she walked normally.... hmmm hope it doesn't go bad again..

yesterday, i saw a person - for the first time (through the gappy wooden fence) - who lives on the other side of my backyard! and it was a MAN!! ihh! cos i was refilling the guinea pig's food and i heard like noise, gosh so freaked out.. haha and just den, biscotti came running from the other side of the fence cos the guy came out again! and now she's lying, arms tucked in like a rabbit! waa my description makes sense (!) u kno.. like she curves her front paws inwards towards her chest while she's lying down.... ye ok wtv.

let's talk about, INDIAN MOVIES den.. cc oni likes them, and they last for ages! so i'm bound to see it on the tv, especially when she borrows like 4! storyline: girl likes guy, but the parents don't approve, so they sing and dance and chase each other and stare and cry to express their love, so at the end, they got close, look at each other's eyes, and after what seems like an eternity, they HUG... no kiss ya anyway, like 2 days ago on the dvd, there's this scene where the girl is looking at the guy dancing and she's getting all teary, then after the guy (who is part of this dancing group who were hired for some event) finishes his routine, the girl starts running and goes into her (hotel?) room, but when she turns around, the guy is ALREADY in the room.. how did he beat her?? she was RUNNING! hmm yea.

bla bla bla blabla think about it, (just a random thought) our ancestors are actually fish... and bacteria etc.
oh, speaking of animals, i gave the cats chicken neck today, but biscotti, being a spoilt 'house cat' (even though she's not allowed inside) 'cannot' eat big chunks of anything, she never digs her teeth into something and munch on it... so she like nips bits of it, and then walks away going 'mewh' then swishing her tail onto me.. so Phoebe is left with the neck, and she munches on it so yum soundingly.. all the bones cracking, and she's purring and you can hear all the 'nyap nyap' saliva sounds... and then... i see biscotti cleaning her face! gosh, she didn't even eat anything!!.... acts like a princess!
she's shedding a lot lately, so when i brush her, the whole backyard is filled with hairballs... sometimes i just pull her fur and the whole chunk comes off!but not so bad that there's bald patches, like KOSHI!!! he's so ugly now, cos he scratches so much that he's bald and looks like a sharpei, cos he's sorta still a bit chubby... but his skin is clean.. no disease or anything, so he's probably just bored..
unlike ponta, who's got le fungi!! (probably) his skin is all flaky and it looks like he has dandruff, basically what i had with my scalp before, and sometimes still ongoing now.. i'll hv to make that 'ointment' that i read in the guinea pig handbook, and give them a shower .. someday

update no jikan! Tuesday, did nothing. Wednesday, it was tnt Kathy's b'day, so went yum-cha with her family, steffi's and yeyen's. Haven't seen jen since ages! she's so tall....and hv nice brown hair now! i want :( hahaaaha... Then after, came over to my house and after getting bored... played GUITAR FREAKS!! haven't played play station in ages, but my skills are still there *wink* :D then played bishi bashi, but got bored, so yeyen's kids took over, and we ended up playing their game boys hehe..

then after jen went home, i fed guinea pigs while the others picked berries from the neighbours' tree :D yes, they know that we're doing that...they don't eat it, so better than being eaten by birds, or falling onto the ground and being runover by the car/people's feet and staining everything, WE eat them! the aunties even used a ladder! so basically every ripe one that was in their reach was taken. hohoho..

got really bored and resorted to board games, yes they are still fun, and we played 'Guess Who?' with 3 people (cards) at a time! it was pretty tricky.... i ended up closing all the people that steffi actually has.. o_O"

at night, watched Survivor (this season, the people are put into groups based on their race) and of course, the ASIANS won the first challenge!! heheheh we so smart ei!? haha anyhoo... the next day, i watched Attention Please - the j-dorama with ueto aya, it's sooo funny but sad at the serious episodes.. den after watching for 3-4 hours straight, went to cc monic's place so we can go to the 'noodle night market' at hyde park. but the roads were sooooo crowded!! i kno it's shopping night, but i've never been in such a bad traffic jam since indo! (not so bad lah but still) so we walked from cc monic's house, until i got a stitch and it disappeared... and wen we arrived, saw okonomiyaki!!!!!!!! yay! but it was called "japancakes" hmmmm.... we ate the spicy beef and cheese one and it was yum.. there weren't anything else really though... just normal thai stuff that's overpriced..

so walked to kino afterwards, cos they hv 30% off books and stationary : ) and i got this 'nyankomochi' notepad! it's cute.... & i decided not to get densha otoko, doesn't seem that good after i skimmed through it.

before i slept, read Gorillas in the Mist, it's starting to get really good from chapter 3, cos she stops talking about the scenery/environment/food/life etc and start writing about the gorillas. it's weird how alike they are to humans.. my eyes were so sore, cos the chapter was like a million pages long! hmmmm i wish: that there's a control thing so that u can switch off the light to your room without getting up and actually pressing the switch... is there? not like those 'clap lamps' where u clap and it goes on /off... but an actual lighting system... ya i know there is, but like a simpler low-tech one for everyday people..

ok better stop rambling...i finished attention please today!! it was so good! oh and in one bit this guy character says: "sekiyama chan, you've got such beautiful double eye-lids" hahahahahahhahaha wat de!? that's a really weird compliment, especially from like 20 something yr old guy! ( in the movie,he just passed his test to be a co-pilot) yea anyways, really got to start studying now, cos my exams are the second week back! and another 3 weeks after that, the SCHOOL CERTIFICATE!!! even though they're pointless, i wanna do good in it!

monday - 02/10/06 - city!!...again

woke up at 11am with HUGE BAGS cos i slept after 10 -which is my sleeping time- last night... (so late ei!! lol) went to eat at UMI, sushi place in capitol, but it wasn't opened yet, so we went to see the gashapon machines yay!! and we discovered.......those things with the metal arm to pick up dolls in the machine... u kno... like in toys story where the little green alien thingies were... yea anyways ... So cc monic gave me $1 and i actually GOT the black pig doll which i wanted, but the hand thing got no grip! so it fell after it was in the air!!! SCAM!!!!!! but we tried another one (cos we hadn't realised this fact yet) and tried the machine next to it! which was ocha-ken, and once again, i got the cute green ocha-ken!!!!!!!!! but it fell again!!!!!!!!!!!... so angry! (and on the machine, there was a polaroid pic of a girl who successfully got the doll! haha so funny, cos she had no expression on her face)but den decided to play the normal gashapon machines, cos that'll definitely give us something!! and i got a doraemon stress ball, but it had the same pouty lips as the giant one that i got before!! hmm....

then went back to the sushi place...waiting for it to open, and when they opened the door, neither of us wanna be the first ones to go in.. embarassing!! but finally did anyways, it went really crowded quickly! So went in, and the chair was so heavy to pull out, and the waiter person pulled it out for me and said ..something... couldn't understand cos in jap accent.. and turned out she was saying "sit back please" and after she said it like 3 times, i finally did, and she pushed me & the chair in! it was so weird... it's like... 'uhh i'm a bit heavy....' so had sushi, it was nice! and we watched the sushi guy (the same one from george st sushi train) take AGES to make something... and we watched him chop mango, anticipating wat he's gonna make, but den he disappears, and wen he comes back, he just puts the mango into a container......... haiyah..
oya, in the fish aquarium, there was this big black fish which was hiding in the rocks, and wen other fish swam near it, it zoomed out from its hiding space and attacked the other fish!!! omg it was so mean, and it even scared the fish which was like more than 7cm away from it!! so evil...

then went to the city, and to kino (again) and saw really cute pet/animal magazines!!! but they were soo expensive!! all above $18 omg.. and walked around, saw jessie and melinda! それで.. あねえ の プレゼント を かって！ へへへ ... ppl dat understand jap (and my weird jap), don't tell wat it means! u'll make me sad :( ahhaa yea ..TRULY, don't. then met with cc oni & angel and went to: art gallery (whoa so 'chic' ei ahhaha wat..) nothing really good, but got free newspaper!

den....went around pyrmont looking for cafes, but all closed, and ended up going to starbucks, where the cashier guy (the manager) was sooooooo blur and slow, took like ages to just put the order in!! but had nice thai chicken curry pie... yum...
so after convincing cc monic to drive us home :D, went first to big w to get hay for the pigs... n after arriving at home, cleaned the pigs...

haven't watched meerkat manor in ages!! someone tell me wat happen, cos i keep on forgetting to google it..
ok, better shower now, been blogging for 1/2 hour straight! so if the quality of the writing is crap, dont' blame me, blame time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok.

sunday - 01/10/16

Went to Bondi Westfield to look for cc Cindy's b'day present, and to get gorillas in the mist by Dian Fossey (which i've been trying to find for ages!!) ended up going around aimlessly and stressing after coming out of each shop with no present!!! oya btw, the new pens which i got from 'kiki' in easties, was actually $5 cheaper in kino :"( ... went to smiggle and saw all the cute stationery!! den david jones, saw cute marcs shirt which was: black tee which said 'tres chic' and it had a chick with an actual bead necklace.. so cute!! but only had XS... too small for moi :(

and of course went to BORDERS and pet's paradise!!! they had so many crossbred designer pups!!.. good thing or bad thing? it was like cavalier spaniel/poodle cross bichon frise/poodle so weird... and there was a poodle pup, and it was all sad cos the brother got sold yesterday, and she's lonely.. aww... and in the bottom pet shop, there was bobtail cats!!! so cute! and they were hyperactive and attacking each other!!!
and on top of the cats' cage was a rabbit cage, and it was like sorta shaking cos the cats won't stop running and playing around. the rabbit was so cuteeeeee!!!!!! it was lop eared and so friendly! if u stick ur fingers between the bars, it comes! n it lets u pat its head and nose!!! gyaaaaaaaaaaaa i want one........ but i don't wanna clean it..

so walk walk walk.... n got a t-shirt *yay* it's white and got a red bunny on it, we were about to get another shirt which said 'nerd' but decided it was too plain... hehe pretty weird ei..
ended up going back to smiggle and saw a pen/highlighter! ended up getting that and a nice smelling bunny eraser for the present.

at night, went to eat at leichhardt at "sapore" in the italian forum for cc cindy' b'day dinner, and cc monic and kk otto arrived at the time that we said we're gonna be at their HOUSE! the dinner was good, had pasta, but i thought cc oni's ravioli thing was the nicest one, cos my one was a bit tasteless... i even had to put salt on it, which i never do.

for dessert, had gelato, four flavours stuffed on this small cup thing! we had... pistachio, tiramisu, donnatella, and something which was sweet and white coloured...
so full........... and drove to cc monic's house after, and watched "road to the runway"!! ended up staying over (just me though) omg, before we slept, we watched: INDO IDOL!!! hahahahaha it was soooo gay!! there was nothing wrong with their singing... but the style is sooo indo... and u know usually the bit where they recap their performances and hv the numbers to vote underneath... but in the indo version, the contestant just start dancing gay-ly like all 'hip' and nsync-ish! hahaha so funny, and one was called 'ihsam' (i think) wat kinda name is dat!? yea... den watched 'turis dadakan' it's funny, but sad at the same time...

oh forgot, we went to ''tea too" (is dat how it's spelt?) n tasted an apple something tea, which was really nice! it tasted like apple juice, but not as sweet.. ya dats it

holidays so far.... > saturday - 30/09/06

Animania!!! got picked up by Vanessa's dad at 9, and arrived half an hour early, but there was like no one on the church steps, so we went to woolies first to read mags...
went back after a while, and after just standing around, vanessa realised that this wasn't the lining up area, (cos i saw a sign saying 'entry' and pointing to the right, but i just thought that there's a DOOR there... but NO!) so we went around to the side, and there were soooooooo many people!!! and we just kept walking and walking and walking until we reached the end of the line, which was near the traffic lights of QVB!! gosh, but even though we pre-registered, we were moving at the same pace as the other people..

weird stuff which i noticed while lining up with vanessa and sabrina (who really looks like vanessa!!!):

• there were 30 something unemployed looking guys in a group... weird (extreme otakus?) but on their shirt, it had like logos of companies... so they are employed? yea anyways....

• the girls behind us were obviously 'yaoi' fans (i thought they said 'yowie' as in the chocolate, so i was like...wat..) n they had a fan which said "i like boys who like boys"....................................................

• one of the staff dressed up as a naruto character, and he had orange contacts!! n it looked so real.. like he's possessed or something..

so, when we finally got in (got a stamp and 'goodie' bag: bunch of paper!!), saw more cosplayers, and went straight to the stall area!!! there were: Tamarket, Madman, Hondarake, games (DDR, fighting machine thingies, racing etc) and more stuff that i forgot... n i got a Haruhi fastener from Tamarket!! hehe and the shopkeeper was dressed like Yuko from XXXholic!! so when she saw my camera, she was like 'hold on' den after serving customers, she posed for the photo.. hahaha wat..

den bla bla bla... wandered around to the stage area, where they were showing anime, and it had like more stalls behind it, where people sold stuff they made (craft stuff/drawings/illustrations - really good quality - and fan stuff) then there was.... '10 minute sketching' area, karaoke and FOOD!
there wasn't as much as i thought... and my okonomiyaki wasn't there! :"( so i just lined up for takoyaki, which took.. 1 hour!!! but it was good.. n dey had bottles of jap drinks, pocky, bread top melon bread (for some reason), fish ball, taiyaki, totoro cupcakes, aussie stuff - hotdogs, and..... turkish gozleme, which NOBODY went to!! so funny... i only saw one middle aged uncle go there, and he wasn't asian

saw juliet, izzy, chloe, but got bored, so went to kino with sabrina... the person at the stationery section must've thought i was weird, cos i kept on wondering there for AGES!! btw, they have Densha Otoko novel in english now!!! hehe gonna buy next month... when my wallet is revived!

den went back in time for the cosplay, which started at 3pm! so late... it was good, especially the cardcaptor skit, meilin and sakura was fighting for syaoran, so funny! and there was this mum who made a 'chibimoon' costume for her kid and the host was like 'so how many years have u been a fan?' and she said '4' ....'and how old are you'..........'3'... hahaa so random.. but she was so cute, and the judges were like all smiling *awww*
we were waiting for the ouran cosplayers to come up, but they didn't... and we had to go, cos the thing finished at 6pm! so walked to world square to meet cc oni & mama and they drove vanessa & co. home

it just happened to be a long weekend with double demerit, so we were looking for police, cos we had one too many person... and when we nearly arrived, mama was like "*scream!* polisi" gosh i got like a heart attack, so sabrina had to duck down... they were there cos the traffic lights died... they must've been wondering why we were all laughing weirdly in the car... o_o" good thing they didn't come near our car!!

at night, mel came over! :D haven't seen her in ages!! she might come to indo on the same day as me! hehe so excited, hvn't been there since 2 years ago......... comics - tachi *drool*
