Harry - looks so grown up and lanky! he looks like the serpent thing in book 2.. 
Dolores Umbridge - thought she'd look more crazy/creepy/evil, Sybil Trelawney - can't imagine her as nanny mcphee, McGonnagal - same same, Filch - boo... 
Umbridge - in her office i guess..?
