4th - 7th feb.

here we start again..
4/2/07
went with vanessa to the city - of course to kino first - me didn't get anything though, even though i saw so many nodame related magazines!!! but not the yamaha one : (
had lunch at ichiban boshi, i had the usual chashu-men and vanessa had the butter corn one....and she ate soo slowly!! eating the corn kernells floating on the soup one by one with chopsticks (sorry vanessa if ur reading this, i type out of affection for u hahahaha XD) and ichiban boshi now sells colourful chopsticks for $3 which includes a plastic case for it - another attempt at being eco-friendly -

then to chinatown to find nodame, the dixon street shop had it, but no english subtitles :"(
capitol to see gashaphon as always, and wasted $3 trying to get a really cute dorami toy from the scam-ful (real word?) machine, i got it every time, but when it lifted to its maximum, the hand bit would open slightly, so the doll would fall again!

wandered around MYER til picked up, then to cc monic's (we stayed in her room with all the comics) and i was bored so i read vanessa's mag, and i saw this ad for a movie with matsumoto jun!! (the guy from hana yori dango drama) but since i can't read the kanji, i just looked at the pictures, but wen i got home and typed it in google, the drama was actually called "boku wa imouto ni koi wo suru" which means "i'm in love with my sister"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gyahhhh!!! and it's about these twins brother/sister, and from the reviews that i read, even though it has a 'sickly' storyline, it's actually very touching, and you really do feel sorry for the brother (is that wrong though..?)

5/2/07
started school with a free period - which i could've came late in if only i was in yr 12 - but it was replaced with a yr 11 meeting where the teachers talked about wearing ' appropriate attire' to the swimming carnival and about the procedure to leave early - we had to sign our names on the roll class list - and for some reason, she said that the year before us couldn't understand what to do even until the last day, and that they'd all rush trying to sign it and ended up ripping bits of the paper so that by the time they finished, there would be pieces of the paper floating around the school... o_o...

our maths book this year is really plain/boring compared to last year.. it's all black and white and there's no 'fun' things like "fun spots" - which you had to do to find an answer to a really lame joke that made everyone go "oooooh... HA.HA." but yea... last year's book had these little cartoon things who'd say stuff in speech bubbles to explain the formulas or other things, but it was in full colour!! and had a cd, so we didn't have to carry the heavy books wen we hv hw..

cc monic stayed over today, cos some creepy stuff (pretty common though) happened to her at her house, and she wants to get this 'blessed' piece of wooden bracelet that broke and so cc oni was making into another type of bracelet. watched 'the biggest loser' and after realising that a singles packet of low fat ham only had 30kj, decided to someday have that for lunch. (but i don't think it will work for me, cos mama puts like 3 layers in with mayonnaise..) but later - as in today - it improved to around 2 layers with no mayonnaise.

6/2/07
in french, ms tita was speaking closely to me wen trying to mark my work, and i could sorta smell her breath...
forgot my recess, so ended up staring at the little cute swallows on the telephone line (i haven't seen a pigeon so far!)

in maths, had a quiz, and could've got an extra mark, but the teacher went over to mine and marked it before i finished checking : (

went home early today, so signed the roll list stuck on the hall window (it was supposed to be on the balcony windows infront of our roll classes, but then the teacher realised that we could fall out and die).

at home, i checked the mail box and we got sent a small pack of purina cat food from flybuys!!! hehehehhee purina is expensive stuff so i was happy :D
ended up being really bored at home and had to force myself to find stuff on the internet to entertain me, and then i watched swing girls on youtube! it was really good at certain bits, but not good enough as a whole to get on dvd, good thing koki didn't find it in indo. but there's a
really funny scene where they're listening to the pedestrian song and one of them said that it could be 'swing' so they end up clapping to it in 'swing' style after realising that it is. click on the link, it's really funny but strange..!

finally got the first page of the nodame mozart duet and also printed out nakashima mika's sakurairo maukoro on piano.

7/2/07
stupid thing happened first period. was late to maths class cos we didn't know there was a room change so when we arrived at the class (which was the biggest in the school) we slipped in silently and sat at the seat at the very back of the room, and after the teacher gave us our work, he started to draw this graph with coordinates and triangles, and after struggling for ten minutes trying to see his miniscule writing on the whiteboard which doesn't make any sense to us, i started looking around the room, cos it was kinda weird that no one was asking questions even though the stuff on the board got nothing to do with wat we were doing. so i asked juliet sitting a few rows infront of me, and when i asked if we had to copy it, she said "no!", it was actually stuff for the two year 12 people from the extension 2 course who were sitting on the very first row!!!! omg!!! we were like frustrating ourselves trying to figure out why the it said things like "z-2i" on the board!!! omggggg felt so stupiddd..

had religion, and an was actually in my class! so sat next to her. chem - bore; bio - bore too..
lunch - went to the 'social justice club' meeting in that same big room from earlier, it was so crowded! and as the teacher said, i won't have to do the big/out in the field contributions like going out at night to serve food to homeless, i'll just contribute by "folding papers". this club basically organises things like fundraisers for caritas/third-world countries and also the 'make poverty history' thing last year.
